RATES & ACCOMMODATION
All the rates are in euros. In Mendi Argia the rates are per room per night. For further information regarding the number of guests we can accommodate in each room/property, please contact us. Rates are subject to change without notice. Accommodation is subject to availability.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All the bookings are pre-paid. We only accept online payments with credit or debit card. We will send you an email with all the information about the reservation. If you have any problems or doubts during the booking process, please contact us to our email info@mendiargia.com.mialias.net
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fee policy:
• Cancellations 14 days prior to arrival – 100% of the amoun is returned.
• After 14 days, the reservation will be non.refundable.
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. To cancel a reservation please contact: info@mendiargia.com.mialias.net. The refund can take 24 hours after the cancelation depending on the bank.
No refunds are given for ‘no show’, flight cancellations, delays or departure from the houses early or by any mistake on the booking process.
We reserve the right to modify, alter, or substitute all or any part of our services when reasonably necessary or advisable. Should this occur, we agree to provide the best alternative available.
CHECK IN
Arrival time should be announced in advance to enable sufficient organization of the guest’s check-in and access key delivery.
Check in time, is any time after 3pm. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold luggage. Our reception is open 24h. Check out time on the date of departure is not later than 12pm. If the room is not vacated by this time, the customer will be subject to the cost of another night. Equally we offer to hold luggage after 12pm.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint about the booking service must be notified in writing or by email as soon as possible. Any complaint regarding your stay must be brought to the attention of the management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified in writing no later than 14 days after departure.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Mendi Argia and its owners, directors, management and employees shall not assume liability for any illness, injury or death to persons visiting the properties nor for any other incident of any nature involving any client(s) while they are on the property, nor while travelling to or from the properties. Ibaia Et Arramak cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to private property, however it may be caused.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MENDI ARGIA

Prices include 1 bedroom, communal areas, pool, breakfast, cleaning and all taxes. the maximum capacity is 2 guests except on the familiar bedroom which can be 4 guests.

During low season, the house may be booked for an adjusted price depending on how many people are staying in the house and the requested time of year. these conditions are subject to availability and can be confirmed by a team member.

We do not allow any pets inside or outside the house

Smoking is completly forbbiden inside the hotel. the non-compliance pennalty will be €100. it would be allowed only in the outside shared aereas always respecting other guests.

The usage of the house is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking and conditions, other people from the outside are allowed in the property. in case the reservation is for less people that the ones at the room, it would be necessary to pay a suplement.

There is a € 150 damage deposit the client will pay while check-in. if everything at the room (deco elements like lamps, art wall, mirrors…, and furniture) is correct at check.out, in that very moment the amount will be refunded.

Please be aware guests are subject to extra charges for any non-compliance of our terms and conditions presented above.

Any photo or video prodution for advertisment, propaganda or commercial purpose are allowed during the stay but photoshoots and media matters must be discussed before booking.

Breakfast is included in the bedroom fee. it would be available from 8.00 am to 10:30 am.
Dinner will be have to be reserved at least 24h before and paid at the reservation. it would be available from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm. between those services, there will be an option of snack-basquets under extra charges.

Children will be allowed to stay at the hotel from 8 years in advance. the parents will have to guarantee children’s safety in all times, specially in shared areas like stairs, terraces or pool.
